"Yo, Man! What's UP!? Same stuff..." Ribbit!!! Ribbit!!!
Fred, Barney, and Ben were sitting on a bunch of lily pads. They were a bunch of frogs. Ribbit!!! They were playing cards, munching on potato chips and smoking their cigarettes. After playing cards for a few hours, they hopped home where they dreamt of ordering Jet's Pizza for next time. Just a bunch of happy frogs getting together once in a while. Ribbit!!! The End...
"Fun Day"
Joey went to school happy. He and his mama stayed up late last night to do the Valentine's cards for his classmates at school. He had fun passing them out. The teacher gave them cupcakes and ice cream. His excited hands reached into his Valentine bag and he read a few. Here was one. It read: "Be My Valentine. Love, Mom." Joey couldn't have asked for a better day. Happy Valentine's Day!

"Christmas Cheer"
Penny and Greg had a spaghetti dinner. Greg loved Penny very much. Her pretty, white hair shined in the sunlight. Penny said, "I love you," to Greg and gave him a kiss. Both were, in fact, terrier dogs. Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
*"Fun at Wal-Mart"
I go to Wal-Mart once in a while. I just love the things I get there. People that work there are sweet and the prices are cheap. Wal-Mart is located across from the Super Meijer's and next to Sam's Club as well as Steak-N-Shake here in Battle Creek. I look forward to shopping there again. Their rolling back the prices.
**"The Séance: A Halloween Story"
Joe, Jack, and Jill ordered pizza and pigged out. It was Halloween night and dark and windy out. They decided to have a séance. They all disappeared. Where did they goooooooo?!!! To the other side. Oo-o-o-oo-oh....
"Halloween"
Halloween is a night people go trick-or-treating for candy and goodies. Halloween is celebrated October 31st. People dress up in scary Halloween costumes. People just go up to the door of a house, usually the light is on, and knock. Owners of the house will throw treats in your bag. Happy Halloween. May you have a fun and safe Halloween this year!

Winter Solstice ~ by: Julia P. (December 2019) {A Poem}
Bright white stars nightly
sunset way high in the sky
purples, reds, yellows, pinks.
White corn, stalks grown
snow fallen, fresh glows with the sun
cut down, newly harvested.
Feeds the cows well
meats, chickens, horses, sheep, goats eat too
eggs to pick up.
Carrots stuck in the dirt
potatoes dug out from dirt like onions
sweet potatoes built alike.
Vines and flowers die
cows give colder milk to pasteurize, cream
goats give as well.
Can't sheer the sheep
all woolly in winter, way too cold
the baa-ing their voice.
Pigs to be watered
also fed, the rotten food, from home
will also eat pork.
Schlop, plop it goes
honk goes the goose and duck, swimming
chicks peep and turkeys gobble.
Neigh, moo, cluck, baa
farm life living the best sunset life
my animals that bark and meow.
Rise of the sun
Do it all over again, today's chores
hopefully have fun.
Stars disappear behind the sun
Sunrise way up high in the sky
Brightness of yellow and white.
The Rooster crows...

My life is changing again. This time, it's on purpose. I still suck at change.
I am de-cluttering things in my life which I've outgrown, bring stress, or just irritate the crap out of me.
I'm working on bringing in things which "spark joy." I'm also working on reducing the amount of things that overwhelm me - such as being over-committed.
I've spent the last 30 days in a month-long depression and I'm full of anxiety over the future. To an extent, I don't know what the future holds. I don't like that feeling. I like the "content zone."
I get very anxious over the emptiness that is there when I let go of one thing and the next thing hasn't started yet.

My dad saw a ghost in his apartment. It was an old lady (around 60) who was married to the landlord. They tore down my dad's house 9 years after he died.
I won Most Improved Resident. I carry a bunch of groceries into the house and help out.
I've been shot at 5 times near the Linear Path.
My favorite basketball players are whoever plays with the number 23 on their jerseys, no matter the team.

Looking Forward - Leon B.
I'm looking forward to Halloween to watch horror movies. I got a skull and a Scream mask. I look forward to bowling. I got a score of 1200 last time. Hoping to score higher this time. I'm down to smoking 15 cigarettes a day now. I'm also getting dentures soon. I play basketball and I can even touch the rim sometimes. I often shoot like Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Kobe Bryant before they retired.
